We operate the data centers others only build.
N59° AI, AS is the operating company behind the platform — running our own AI-ready facilities and delivering full operations for third-party owners, from grid to rack.
Built on the group's stack. Run by the operator.
N59° AI, AS sits at the top of the stack — the entity that keeps a facility live, day to day. Grid, storage and construction are engineered by the group specifically so that what we hand off to operations is already built to run hard.
Power, secured early
Direct grid connections negotiated at the source, ahead of the interconnection queue that constrains most sites.
Battery, manufactured in-house
Containerized BESS produced by our own manufacturing arm, sized to smooth load and de-risk grid commitments.
Facilities, self-delivered
800V DC direct-to-chip liquid cooling architecture, engineered for the density AI training and inference demand today.
N59° AI, AS
The operating company. Runs owned facilities and takes on operations for third-party owners under contract.
Thor — Agder campus
A 150MW grid reservation in Norway's NO2 price zone, phased into IT load as demand is contracted. Built on hydropower-backed grid supply in one of Europe's coolest, most stable climates for free-air-assisted liquid cooling.
Phased IT load, MW
Beyond Agder: west coast and Northern Germany.
Beyond Agder, we're in early dialogue on two large-format sites on the Norwegian west coast — 330MW combined — and hold an early-stage land position in Northern Germany. Nothing is signed yet: these figures are indicative and subject to agreement with local communities, landowners and grid operators.
West coast — Site A
NO3/NO5. Earliest of the two to be available. Currently in dialogue with the local community and grid operator; no agreements signed.
West coast — Site B
NO3/NO5. Targeting grid connection in 2032. Early-stage discussions underway; no agreements signed.
Northern Germany land
Land position held in Northern Germany. Capacity under evaluation; early-stage, extending the pipeline into the European core.
Owned facilities. Contracted facilities. One operating standard.
Whether the asset is ours or a client's, N59° AI, AS runs it to the same standard: continuous uptime, disciplined maintenance, and direct accountability to the tenants and owners depending on it.
Group-owned facilities
Full operational control of N59° group assets such as Thor — power management, cooling, security, and capacity delivered directly to tenants under the EaaS model.
Third-party operations
Contracted O&M for data centers we don't own — facilities management, NOC monitoring, maintenance planning, and performance reporting for external owners and investors.
On owned sites, capacity is leased on its own clock.
Core infrastructure and GPU compute depreciate and refresh on different timelines — so on group-owned facilities we lease them separately, giving tenants flexibility without carrying stranded capex.
Core infrastructure
Building, power, cooling and grid capacity — leased on a seven-year primary term with a three-year extension option, matched to the working life of the shell and utility plant.
GPU & IT compute
Compute hardware leased separately on a three-year primary term with a two-year extension, aligned to the refresh cycle of AI accelerators rather than the building around them.
Four entities, one platform.
Each project is ring-fenced at the special-purpose level, financed through a dedicated holding structure, and delivered by dedicated development and manufacturing subsidiaries.
